Shiny app for Spatio-Temporal point pattern analysis
Hello everyone,
I'm so excited to share my latest shiny app with you guys. In this app I tried to let the users upload their own "*.csv" file which should contain a set of coordinates (lat longs) in different years preferably representing a specific event (like tornado events)
"Point pattern analysis (PPA) is the study of the spatial arrangements of points in (usually 2-dimensional) space" (Wikipedia). This app allows the users to investigate clustering of a set of points over time and space. Meanwhile, user can model cluster events using Mattern point process model.
